My family and I just moved in here a few months ago and we love it! We got a great special on our 2 bedroom townhome. Marilynn and Barbara are amazing and made the application process a breeze! Also any maintenance requests we’ve made has been worked on and fixed the same day. The office and maintence here are so friendly and professional! Definitely recommend!

My Experience was Wonderful aNd exciting, the first and the only apartments that gave me a chance with my eviction marilyn and the lady with the beautiful eyes explain everything to me even when times got a little tough.They understood . NIce and clean friendly neighbors.on time maintenance. Also my apartment was one of the newly remodeled, apartments, just fell in love ❤️

Ms. Barbara gave mii the opportunity like 4 years ago the ladies in the office is very sweet people’s they go to back nd help when need it well i can’t speak for others but THEY was there for mii…not a bad place to live but it’s a lot of Haitian over there…..I don’t nothing bad to say about Del Rio apartments.if u need some where to stay go ask for Ms.B 💕
