Dauphine Apartments

I moved here a few weeks ago and it's been a good place! Dida the property manager is fantastic and maintenance has been prompt. It is quiet the majority of the time, it's comfortable and it feels safe. The pedestrian entrance to the shopping center behind us, for Publix and other shops only a few steps away is great. 1br/2br units have in-unit laundry and studios have a shared laundry area on site. The walls seem to be thick brick/concrete to help prevent sound from neighbors. (But patio/parking lot noise comes through the glass pretty easily at least for me.) Luckily it is quiet most of the time, at least I can say for in my section of buildings. The area opposite mine seems like it can be loud sometimes into the evening or on weekends but it varies. Overall I am happy living here. Especially compared to other apartments, it is a great place to be. I have not seen any infestation-type bugs at all, not in my unit nor in any of the units I toured here (roaches, etc), which is NOT the case for many many other apartments in FL if pest control is not done right. I am happy with Dauphine.

I’ve been a tenant here at Dauphine Apartments for five years and I love it. Dida is the best property manager.

I came by to see apartments that were available, and I was very impressed with how nice and serene the courtyards were. I haven’t decided yet but I’m leaning towards one with access to the courtyard I am so glad to have found this place, I think her name was Dida answered all of my questions, showed me around, and even gave me recommendations on great places to eat nearby. On site laundry is a plus too if I choose a studio.
