I am moving to this apartment complex and the communication of this office is absolutely terrible. Maybe my review will change eventually. But I’m literally moving states And it’s been absolutely horrible. You will never get an answered phone call from the office. They’ll make an excuse every time they don’t answer. I’ve called them 60 times and they didn’t answer one time. So it’s already starting off as a bad experience So hopefully it changes. Update after 2 months- The apartments are good for the price. the maintenance team is great , The office communication is hit or miss. The only issue that I’ve noticed is the pool area is not kept up, no running water in the bathrooms to wash you hands so very unsanitary ( which I didn’t expect) The weekend of 4th of July my family couldn’t even cook out because the grills are either broken or they have no gas in any of the tanks. Very odd never experienced that at ANY complex’s I’ve lived at.

I've really enjoyed living here. The maintenance team and office staff are truly wonderful. A special shoutout to Kim, Bruce, Ralph, and Daniel on the maintenance team. Every time I've needed something, they've responded with a real sense of urgency and consistently gone above and beyond to help. One thing that really stands out is the build quality. I'm on the first floor and rarely have any noise issues. The ceilings are noticeably higher than your average apartment, and the walls are thick enough that I hardly hear anything from neighbors above or beside me. Coming from apartments where the walls felt paper thin, this has been a huge plus. The rent is reasonable, the premises are kept clean, and the amenities are great. The gym and pool area are both well maintained and nice to have. Overall, it's a peaceful place to live and I'm happy here.
