2025-They just sent me a email saying they are full renovation I’m no builder but if they didn’t demolish the build there are still termites not renovated🤷🏽 Renovation means paint over things hiding things from new renters Below is the message from late 2024: Before you move in please be advise the management company is a liar and let me move in to the apartment Thats was painted everywhere to cover up damages. Termites coming out walls and me having my roof collapsed after I called and put in multiple maintenance requests After moving out they didn’t want me to pay anything and just told me Im free of the fees and I can just move out they don’t have another unit. I moved out because we are already paying insane fees on everything making the rent come out to $1600 for a run down 1 bed room Im paying for the pool but it’s shut down every week to a month The maintenance has keys to your home if you live with them add an extra lock on your door Im not trying to bash this apartment complex but this being my first apartment I learned a lot of mistakes After my roof collapsed I didn’t pay rent until they come fixed the room they ended up giving me an eviction notice for damages that is against the law to have tenants living in. Prior to moving out I was moving things to the trash and I found out multiple buildings surrounding my apartment building is condemned So since I’ve been here😂I never had a neighborhood because there isn’t one Maintenance can’t fix anything and they still had workers standing on my roof fixing the roof as the ceiling inside is about to fall in my living room I had to run outside and tell them to stop They continued for a little bit because management isnt telling them anything Glad I moved out. Dont make your mistake

Angela and Cierra are very courteous and kind, you can tell they care about improving the property to the best of their ability. It is a stark contrast from many other property management staff who dodge responsibility. They strive to make every day an opportunity to build their community. Thank you!

Frozen brain frenzy stopped by the community yesterday and it was a great turn out the community is very close , the management/Admin. Team is amazing Angela is very hands on making sure everything and everyone feels welcomed. The community and the property appears to be on top of their priority which is to take care of their residents. Met some good people living there and they shared that things have gotten better since the change of management and are grateful for the repairs and safety measures being made. We will definitely be back to share our products with the great community. Thanks for having us. Frozen brain frenzy.
