Extremely disappointed with this community. We were forced to terminate our lease early due to severe, unaddressed German cockroach infestations and a heavily soiled stove delivered upon move-in. The apartment was exterminated multiple times, but the roach problem was never resolved. These hazardous and unsanitary conditions severely impacted the health of my minor daughter, triggering chronic asthma attacks and allergic rhinitis, fully documented by her doctor. Management failed to properly resolve the pest infestation, forcing us to relocate for safety. Beware of the lack of proper maintenance and habitability standards here."

So far I really like Joshua he’s always had time to talk to me. He’s always been fair. If I have a question he answers it. He’s always patient and informative. He handled the parking lot information very well. They gave everybody ample notice, but they’re trying to beautify the area thank You Joshua for being who you are I hope it continues that way

I love this place, and the best things are the management department. Ms Britney is the best manager that this complex has ever. She trying everything to make this place better
