Cortland Bermuda Lake

Overpriced trashy apartments. They pick and chose who they want to believe and give out lease violations to who they want to and ignore others that actually deserve them. Valet trash is something you must pay for but they don’t show up half the time or don’t take both bags of trash uve set out. They now make you take a nasty trash bin back inside your apt. They claim it’s a smoke free complex but ppl are smoking cigarettes and weed all over and they don’t care. You could have proof someone is smoking and they won’t do anything. Noise complaints? just throw those out and don’t bother to report as nothing will be done. If you have any issues or concerns just keep them to yourself honestly. With how much they charge and keep upping the yearly rent just go rent a house elsewhere in a nice neighborhood

I’ve had a great experience living here overall. The apartments are well-maintained, the community is quiet and peaceful, and the office staff has always been friendly and very helpful. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is because there are a few areas that could be improved. As someone with a disability, I wish there were more handicap parking spaces closer to the buildings. There have been times when I’ve had to park two buildings away because there weren’t any accessible spaces available near my apartment. I also appreciate that the trash compactor is cleaned regularly, but on weekends, some residents leave furniture and other bulky items around it. It not only looks messy, but it can attract wildlife and make it difficult for residents to access the compactor while valet trash service is running. I also wish more residents would pick up after their dogs around the property. Overall, I’m happy living here and would definitely recommend this community. With a few small improvements, it would easily be a five-star place to live.

I've lived in the Cortland community for 3 years and it has been a awesome experience. Alicia Price was my leasing agent and the welcoming atmosphere and professionalism she has shown has always been outstanding and above and beyond, from start to finish, I left Cortland in search of a new community however after viewing multiple properties, none truly compare to the size, layout and storage space for the price. I will consider a Cortland Community again as a result of my postive experience. Thank you Cortland!

The Taco Tuesday event organized this week was absolutely amazing! Everything was so well planned, welcoming, and enjoyable for families. We had a wonderful time sharing with neighbors, enjoying delicious food, and creating beautiful memories together. Thank you for all the effort and dedication you put into making these community events so special — we truly appreciate it!
