Ever since they closed off the driveway in front of building it’s turned into a homeless park and also no longer the luxury of being picked up or dropped off in front of building. You have to walk to the street now. The carpets in the halls are trashed with stains everywhere and they won’t replace them. It smells like mildew in the hallways probably from the gross carpets. Windows are the best part of the apartment but you can barley see through them they never clean them so they’re full of dirt and water spots. Front door never works. Concigere especially Joe great but Building is not being maintained.

A bad review well earned, the woman in lobby desk at night gives a bad experience. It’s ways for things to be said but if you say them rude then a bad review is deserved.

Cons: 1. $1500 transfer fee unless transferring within 30 days of lease renewal, but challenging because you have to give a 60 day notice if you’ll renew your lease. So fine I said ill wait then the price for the apartment i was going to transfer to went up by $500/month 2 weeks before my 30 day timeframe… mind you this other apartment has been vacant for 4 months.. insane 2. the main entry door everyone primarily uses has been broken for months. they’ve tried to have it fixed multiple times but it’ll only will work for less than a day then its left broken again where the door at times like 3am stays open and unlocked inviting anyone to walk in when its supposed to be secure access only. 3. metal railing on the roof making loud noise throughout the apartment at all times of the day and night. 4. put in maintenance request to have toilet fixed because the water runs literally for 15 minutes after flushing, one of the newer maintenance workers came and not even sure what he did but didn’t fix the problem. 5. They used to do biannual maintenance walk throughs to help with the upkeep of the apartments but that seems to have ceased. Pros 1. Elevators are nice 2. Joe, front desk manager, works really hard and is always friendly. 3. Spacious balconies I think because Cora was built in 2020 its slowly but surely losing its spark and glory which saddens me. I am highly considering not renewing after my lease ends.
