Horrific place to live. Gate is always broken homeless people sleeping in the pool area. Teenagers that don’t live here causing havoc. People throw trash everywhere. Cockroaches. Disgusting

Mrs. Denise did an excellent job throughout the entire leasing process. She was professional, knowledgeable, and made everything easy to understand. She kept me informed every step of the way, answered my questions promptly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I would also like to recognize the rest of the office staff I spoke with over the phone. Everyone was courteous, helpful, and professional, which made me feel welcomed from the very beginning. Overall, the team represented the property exceptionally well and left a great first impression. I'm settling into my apartment now, and so far I absolutely love it. I have no complaints and I'm happy I chose this community.

DO NOT LIVE HERE unless you enjoy constant safety concerns, broken amenities, cockroaches, and zero communication from management. I’ve lived at Citrus Run Apartments for nearly 2 years, and for the first portion of my lease, I truly had little to no issues. Unfortunately, ever since the property was taken over by new management/ownership, this place has gone completely downhill in less than a year. Here are just SOME of the issues I’ve personally experienced while living here: • Homeless individuals regularly wandering throughout the neighborhood/community • The leasing office being broken into and all resident records being stolen, with little to no communication or follow-up provided afterward • The community lights being out for nearly two weeks on TWO separate occasions because the complex “forgot” to pay the electric bill. • The new management company failing to renew their Spectrum contract, leaving residents without internet/Wi-Fi/TV for almost two and a half weeks • My refrigerator breaking TWICE, causing me to throw away over $800 worth of food total. Then they replaced it with another units broken fridge. • Being without a washer for almost 2 weeks • Air conditioning issues FOUR separate times • Ongoing cockroach issues • A maintenance employee harassing me and cornering me in my bathroom (he was eventually terminated) • Teenagers repeatedly banging on residents’ doors late at night asking for money • Teenagers sleeping in the gym/community areas • My apartment door lock being broken for 23 DAYS, leaving me unable to properly secure my apartment • Ongoing gate issues where the gate barely functions properly, creating even more safety concerns (works about 70% of the time) • Constant management turnover — FIVE office managers within one year The lack of communication, accountability, organization, and overall safety is honestly unacceptable for the amount residents are paying to live here!!!! I have never been so excited to move out of an apartment complex in my life. If you are apartment hunting in Tampa, keep driving. There is genuinely not one reason I would recommend living here anymore besides maybe the new maintenance guy. He’s sweet and tries his best to always help in a timely manner! :) But other than him, ZERO reason to live in this dump.
