The property manager, Joy, was very, very professional! She made sure to take care of me and is very well-informed

New management is horrible. Ever since Camden has taken over so many facilities have not been taken care of. The gym is out of a treadmill, gas grills are not being cleaned, they are not answering any calls regarding maintenance fixes. My dishwasher was out for over a week and I was lied to saying it would’ve been fixed within three days and it was never taken care of until I had to email them twice.. ONE WEEK LATER. I was told that they were too busy to fix my dishwasher… the community coffee machine was removed for community members to use, and the market is still in operational… management still has not been able to comment. They are not doing much aside from collecting out rent. We are paying services and they were quick to charge us rent without giving us community facilities.

New management first course of action. Add a sign about "luxury apartments " and take away the coffe machine. Keep up the good work.

I truly loved living in this community until it was taken over by Camden about two weeks ago. It’s important to note that any reviews posted before that ownership change reflect a completely different management team and company. Those experiences no longer represent how this property is being operated today, so I would encourage prospective residents to keep that in mind when reading older reviews.
