Cambridge Woods

This has been the worst experience I’ve had at an apartment complex. It’s only been one week since I moved back in, and I’ve been dealing with a broken washer and dryer since day one. I reported the issue immediately, but the maintenance team hasn’t taken it seriously. They keep coming by, making minor adjustments, and claiming everything is fixed when the problem still exists. I’ve explained the situation multiple times, including the fact that my clothes have been stuck in the dryer for four days, leaving them damp and smelling bad. Instead of resolving the issue, I keep getting excuses like “it’s the weekend” or “it’s already 5 PM.” This level of service is unacceptable. I’ve lived at Cambridge Woods for more than a year before, and the previous management and maintenance staff were excellent. They responded quickly and actually fixed issues. Since the new management took over, the quality of maintenance has declined significantly, and I have no idea how long they’ll take to resolve even basic problems. If you’re considering moving to Cambridge Woods, I strongly recommend reconsidering or, at the very least, thoroughly inspecting your apartment and testing everything before you move in. My experience has been extremely disappointing, and I expected much better from a place I had previously enjoyed living in.

I would like to give a special thank you to Victoria at the leasing office. She has been incredibly kind, friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my time here. Over the past few days, I have had many questions regarding my lease and other housing matters, and Victoria always took the time to assist me. Even when she was clearly busy, she remained patient, courteous, and willing to help. She explained everything clearly and made the entire process much easier and less stressful for me. Excellent customer service can be hard to find, and Victoria truly goes above and beyond for residents. Her positive attitude, professionalism, and dedication are greatly appreciated. I recommend Cambridge Woods Apartments. I'm happy to renew my lease for a second year. The community is clean, quiet, and well maintained. Viktoria has always been professional, responsive, and very helpful whenever I needed assistance. Thank you for making this a great place to live!

I leased this apartment for 8 months. These apartments are very old. When I first moved in, I did not take photos of the unit because I was new to the state and needed a place to move into immediately. When I moved out, they added many unnecessary charges for things that were already broken or for minor issues, such as dust particles, even after cleaning. Since the apartments are very old, normal wear and tear, including worn-out paint, should be expected, but they still charged for it. If you question them, they refer to the lease agreement, where these details are written in small print and hidden within many sentences. Please avoid these apartments. Also, make sure to take detailed photos and videos when moving into any apartment.
