Bermuda Bay Beach and Racquet Club

So My Husband & I moved here 5yrs ago ...At First it was Such a Beautiful Place to Live bt These Past 2-3years it's gone down hill. We have gone Years w/out back lanais(just started putting them back up....Beach not kept up like it was/should.Not to Mention that.We were told ONLY owners of condos were allowed to have dogs(no long term renters nor Vacationers) Also I was under the impression that the dogs had to be a certain weight.Now I do have a Boston Terrier(he is 30lbs& grandfathered in cz we lived here for 5+yrs) well I think it's a Bunch of BS that people living here Year around how to Follow the rules BT The Onwers who rent to Vacationers DO NOT FOLLOW RULES! THEY BRING DOGS BIGGER/OVER WEIGHT LIMIT,Not on Leashes&DO NOT PICK UP THEIR DOGS POOP 💩! REALLY NOT HAPPY HERE.

Great gated condo community with its own private beach and tons of other amenities.

CONTRACTORS - BEWARE. THEY DON'T PAY FOR WORK COMPLETED. YOU WILL CHASE THE PAYMENT FOR TWO MONTHS THEY'LL TELL YOU IT'S IN THE MAIL OVER AND OVER AGAIN. I HIGHLY ADVISE TO STAY AWAY FROM ANY CONTRACTED WORK AT BERMUDA BAY CONDOS AS THEY DO NOT TAKE CARE OF THE SMALL LOCAL BUSINESSES THAT DO THE WORK FOR THEM. RAY FERREIS AND OFFICE STAFF HAVE REALLY SHOWN HOW THEY DO BUSINESS THERE. TODAY IS 10/29 AND I STILL HAVE AN UNPAID BILL FROM 9/10! NONE OF MY CALLS ARE RETURNED. IF YOU DO WORK FOR FREE THEN BY ALL MEANS!
