July 2026 From the moment I walked into Bell Westchase and met Tina, I was impressed by her professionalism. I had just gone through a very frustrating experience with another apartment complex and needed to find a new home for me and my dog in less than a week. Even though I didn’t have an appointment, Tina took the time to sit down with me, listen to my situation, and answer all of my questions. She never made me feel rushed. Her kindness, patience, and genuine care made all the difference during a very stressful time. She listened to all of my concerns, kept me informed throughout the process, and made my move feel easy and enjoyable. Because of her outstanding customer service, I decided to rent at Bell Westchase right away. Tina truly cares about her residents, and it shows. This property management failed to provide vendor invoices to justify the move-out charges they are trying to collect. I have made several attempts to obtain a detailed itemized breakdown, but my emails were ignored, and my account access was locked. Instead of providing the documentation required to verify these fees, they stopped communicating and sent the account to collections. I advise potential residents to be cautious, as the management lacks transparency and does not properly handle move-out accounting.

I've had a great experience at Bell Westchase so far. The community is beautiful, well maintained, and in a fantastic central Tampa location that's convenient to just about everything. My apartment has a modern, stylish design while still feeling warm and comfortable—it's quickly become home. As a dog owner, I've especially appreciated how pet friendly the community is. The shaded dog park is a great amenity, and both the staff and residents have been incredibly welcoming to my pup. It's clear that pets are truly part of the community here. A big reason for my positive experience has been the team. Tina made the leasing and move-in process seamless from start to finish. She is incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely cares about making new residents feel welcome. It's the little personal touches that made all the difference. I'd also like to recognize Maintenance Manager Marcos for his prompt, friendly service. He responded quickly to a maintenance request, explained everything clearly, and had the issue resolved right away. If you're looking for a beautiful, pet-friendly community with an exceptional team that truly cares about its residents, I'd definitely recommend Bell Westchase.
