Have now lived here for almost 2 months. I love the unit. Beverly is amazing! Maintenance is very quick with fixes. The property is under a new management company which is great in terms of investing upgrades and refreshes! You can see the improvements starting! The biggest note is the pool area landscaping needs some love, alot of the palms are really rough and unattractive, and the patio furniture has seen better days. Partner that with the grilling area, The grills in the grilling courtyard are pretty rough. You have to use a lighter to get them to work and only half the grill works, there’s a tree that sheds some messy droppings that make the grill area dirty. I’m confident with the changes they will be great again! For now, I’m very happy!

I had a great experience working with Lee. He was professional, punctual, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. The quality of his work was excellent, and he paid attention to the details to make sure everything was done right. He was respectful of my home, cleaned up after himself, and completed the job in a timely manner. love that beacon takes care of their residents by always having professional handymen
