Azalea Luxury Apartments

Been living here for almost a year now, and honestly all good things for the apartment staff! From the leasing office to the maintenance team. They have always been kind and helpful. We'd stay here longer if we could. The only issues we have is with the tenants. There's someone with a large dog who keeps letting their dog poop on the sidewalks (even though the complex is surrounded by dog poop stations). We've had an issue with teenagers who do not live on the complex sneak in and use the community pool, but after reporting to the staff we have not seen the trespassers since. The pool and gym are always clean. Parking is first come first serve, but VERY FEW we've had issues finding parking in front of our building. Only recommendation is probably fixing the dog park maybe even out the terrain, replace with turf, and add a cover instead of the large tree? Other than that we've enjoyed our time here!
