My wife and I were looking for a new apartment to live in and after being recommended to check out Ayla, we came and saw the model unit and immediately loved it. The office staff were immediately kind and welcoming to us and that sold us on it. But what was even more remarkable was that during our application process while we hit some snags, the office staff was there every moment to help us resolve them. They literally fought to help us get our new home. In an age where it's easy to simply say "oh well, good luck". The office went above and beyond the call of duty. Our move in has been nothing but exemplary and we absolutely adore the unit we have. I can't thank the Ayla staff enough for their dedication and compassion to all residents. If I could rate more than 5 stars, it would be a 100.

I just moved into Ayla earlier this week and I'm very excited to make it my home! There have been a few issues we found, but Niel has been so helpful and great in getting these issues fixed or finding the resources for us. I'm looking forward for my time here at Ayla! Edit to my review (4/2026): The issues I highlighted in my original post where Niel was finding resources for their fix have still not been fixed! It has been 4 months since living here and my floors are not fixed due to moisture and plumbing issues I pointed out at move in, yet have only been addressed by the complex in late March. I have had no updates on when they will be fixed and anytime I call the front office; front desk says he will contact his manager and update me yet he never does. I have had some contact with management, who has been much more helpful, but still am waiting for updates and fixes. I would highly suggest doing research before applying to live here. Edit (7/2026): 7 months since move in and floors have still not been fixed and when brought up scheduling issues with the maintenance team, the same problems occur. Do research and look into other housing options.
