AVE Tampa Riverwalk

This is one of the best concepts for a furnished rental that I’ve experienced. The property offers a welcoming atmosphere, exceptional security with a staffed reception, and a level of comfort that immediately makes you feel at home. The ambiance is truly captivating, creating a unique and enjoyable experience from the moment you arrive. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, stylish, and well-managed place to stay.

1.5 years in update: Wanted to update my review to shoutout Meg C. Leasing Agent who helped my renewal process go seamlessly and was very professional and full of information. Also wanted to shoutout Jorge from the maintenance team who was about to diagnose and fix my AC in a matter of minutes!! Thanks I’m so excited to move into AVE and I’m so grateful that Thomas was my leasing agent! He is always very attentive and knows all the answers to all of my little questions no matter how many. My tour was great with him, and I was able to move in a couple months after. I’m excited to be at AVE and thanks to Thomas for helping the process be so effortless for me!!

I’ve had an outstanding experience at AVE Tampa Riverwalk. The property is absolutely beautiful, modern, and extremely well-maintained. From the stunning amenities to the unbeatable Riverwalk location, everything about this community feels upscale, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The atmosphere is vibrant yet relaxing, and being steps away from downtown Tampa, the Riverwalk, and the Straz Center makes it even better. What truly made the experience exceptional, however, was Tom. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, patient, and welcoming throughout the entire process. Tom went above and beyond to answer every question, provide guidance, and make everything feel seamless and stress-free. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about providing such high-level customer service, and it made a huge difference. If you’re looking for luxury living in Tampa with an amazing team behind it, I highly recommend AVE Tampa Riverwalk. Five-star experience all around.

Can someone from management explain why they allow residents to place trash wherever they please? Those who choose to be squalid should be expelled. Why would one want to live in a building that is unsanitary? Never again.

We all enjoyed our stay at the AVE! The two bedroom apartment we rented was perfect, very clean and spacious. The amenities were great (pool, gym, rooftop, etc). Most of all location, location, location, to RiverWalk and restaurants! The AVE Management team were the best!! They were extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating!!!
