Sebastian at the front office has always been a great help. Any time I have questions or issues I never hesitate to stop by. This apartment has treated me fairly since day one and the maintenance team is always on it when you put a request through! This is my first apartment on my own and has been a great experience.

Front office is extremely unorganized. We scheduled a tour on two different occasions. Each time we arrived for our scheduled tour time, they would tell us they have available apartments but can’t show us any of them for several different reasons. They handed us a brochure that doesn’t have the measurements of the floor plans/rooms and all pricing is completely blank. It’s as useless as the paper it’s printed on. The lady at the front desk acted like she could care less and told us that yesterday was her day off. We would would never want to live here just from our experience trying to schedule a tour. Extremely unorganized.

If you're considering renting this place, you should be aware of a few major issues: the walls are incredibly thin. From day one, it was obvious that there’s virtually no sound insulation between units. You can hear normal conversations word for word, phone alarms buzzing, TVs at moderate volume, and even kitchen cabinets opening and closing. Unfortunately, it goes both ways — you’ll likely feel like you have to whisper just to avoid disturbing your neighbors. This lack of privacy makes it hard to relax, work from home, or get consistent sleep. If you’re a light sleeper or value quiet, this may not be the right fit for you. Even with white noise machines and earplugs, it can still be disruptive. They also charge 41.00 monthly for a deposit that is non refundable. They charge for water, sewer and valet trash so the rent will fluctuate every month. These people are not honest and they are greedy for money. The location and layout might be appealing, but the noise transfer is something you should seriously consider before signing a lease. I strongly recommend visiting at different times of day to get a sense of the sound levels. For anyone sensitive to noise, this could quickly become a daily frustration. Renters beware.
