I wanted to give a big shoutout to Mike from the maintenance team at our apartment complex. He has helped us multiple times and always goes above and beyond. When our old apartment got flooded, Mike was incredibly helpful and made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. Recently, when the AC went out in our new apartment, he came out quickly and got everything fixed. He’s always professional, friendly, and clearly cares about helping residents. It really makes a difference having someone reliable like Mike on the team. We truly appreciate all the help he’s given us!

I strongly advise prospective tenants to carefully reconsider before signing a lease at this property. I moved in this past September and was immediately concerned about the condition of the apartment upon receiving the keys. The unit was not properly maintained. All sprinkler heads were covered in dust. The bathroom countertop appeared to have been painted to resemble marble; the paint around the faucet was already peeling, exposing the original surface underneath. In the kitchen, the countertop was improperly secured and could be lifted, revealing the cabinet space below. Within a few weeks of moving in, I began experiencing persistent health symptoms, including a sore throat, dry cough, itchy eyes, and facial irritation. I promptly notified the leasing office of my concerns and was informed that the apartment would be tested for mold. When I later requested a copy of the inspection report, management declined to provide the findings and simply stated that no mold was present. Subsequently, I was informed that a third-party vendor would address bubbling in the bathroom walls. Portions of drywall were removed, and two industrial machines were placed in the unit. These machines were extremely loud and generated excessive heat, making the apartment uncomfortable and difficult to occupy. During this time, I was unable to comfortably remain in the unit with my dog. On one occasion, I returned home to find my apartment door left wide open. Approximately 30 minutes after I had arrived, an individual entered my unit without notice, stating he was “retrieving a tool.” This incident raised serious concerns regarding safety and proper communication. Additionally, after sharing my experience publicly, multiple current and former residents contacted me reporting similar concerns, including health-related issues that ultimately led them to vacate their units. This pattern is deeply concerning. Despite expressing that the repairs were insufficient and requesting appropriate resolution, the issues remain ongoing. I continue to experience health concerns and have formally requested either a transfer to another unit or release from my lease. Management has declined to accommodate either request.

Huge shoutout to Bri and Brooke! I recently moved from out of town, and the entire process was made so much easier thanks to them. Bri walked me through every step of the leasing process and basically held my hand the whole way, which I appreciated more than I can say. She was incredibly patient, supportive, and responsive. Moving from out of town can be stressful, but Bri made the entire experience seamless. Brooke also went above and beyond by sending me a video of their open unit so I could confidently make a decision before arriving. Their teamwork and dedication truly stood out, and I’m thankful for such a positive leasing experience.

The Leasing office staff is amazing. Anytime I need anything for my apartment and go in, they are on top of it. Additionally, they set up the best events. Between holiday events, free self-care products on Wednesdays, and weekly food trucks. They make living here more than just a place to live.
