I took several apartment tours today, and I HAD to give Kirt his flowers. From the moment we met, he was kind, transparent, patient, and genuinely listened to what I was looking for. He showed me two different units that he felt would check all my boxes and helped me narrow it down to the perfect one. He was incredibly knowledgeable and answered every question I had without ever making me feel rushed. Walking the property with Kirt felt like being with the president seriously lol he knew every resident and even their pets by name! That level of connection and care really stood out. Kirt, thank you for making what can be a stressful process feel enjoyable and easy. Your professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care made all the difference. If you’re touring this property, I highly recommend asking for Kirt!

It’s unfortunate that I’m writing this review, but I recommend reading it before deciding to live here to gain full perspective. When you pay over $3,500/month before utilities for a “luxury” apartment, you expect the amenities and attention from management to match the price. Don’t let the high rating, boosted by tour reviews, misrepresent what it’s actually like to live here. The apartment itself is beautiful, the location is excellent, and the concierge staff has always been friendly. Unfortunately, management and building operations have made my experience disappointing. My move-in was a mess. The staff wasn’t aware I was moving in, my apartment wasn’t ready, the freight elevator wasn’t available, and I was told the leasing staff who had helped me had left the company that same day. One of the biggest reasons I chose this building was the sauna and cold plunge. One cold plunge has been unusable since I moved in nearly a year ago, while the other has been broken repeatedly and has been out of service for about the past month. An advertised premium amenity has effectively never been available. Another major issue was EV charging. Free EV charging was promoted as a resident perk, then residents were later required to pay, adding roughly $200/month to my commuting costs. It felt like a bait-and-switch. The elevators are another ongoing problem. I’ve personally been trapped in one, and it’s common for multiple elevators to be out of service, creating long waits. The dog wash station is also rarely stocked with soap, requiring maintenance requests for something that should be routinely maintained. We’ve experienced multiple power outages, internet outages during workdays, and water shutoffs. While occasional issues happen, especially in Florida, the frequency is unacceptable for a building charging premium rent. Earlier this year, management also mistakenly instructed the electric company to disconnect power to my apartment because they incorrectly marked it as vacant, leaving my dog without power for an entire day. The biggest disappointment has been management’s response. Residents repeatedly raise the same concerns, receive polite acknowledgments, but rarely see meaningful action. It’s always “thank you for your perspective, it’s noted” with no actual care to address them. Despite all of these issues, my renewal offer was higher than my current rent, even while identical apartments on higher floors are being advertised for less. With dozens of one-bedroom units currently sitting vacant, one would expect more effort to retain existing residents. I genuinely wanted to stay here and enjoy the perks of a luxury apartment, but I can’t justify paying over $40,000 per year for an experience that consistently falls short of what’s advertised. The apartment, rooftop, pool, and location are all excellent. Unfortunately, luxury amenities and views can only go so far when the building repeatedly fails to deliver on the services residents are paying for. Photos were taken this week: 2 of the 4 elevators were out of service, one “cold plunge” was sitting at 65°F, and the other that’s been unusable since I moved in last September was still covered and out of service

Do not move in here . Multiple maintenance issues not fixed. They have INDUCTION stovetops that are ceramic and crack easily. You have to buy specific metal pans for. I put in a request to fix a crack in the stove April 8. Three and a half months they apply a $680 charge to my account. I went to the office in April to discuss the issue and was never contacted or helped. Over THREE MONTHS no response ! And the stove is still broken and not fixed but I am charged for the bill! The cold plunge, infrared room, hot tub and locks on multiple doors took months to fix. Garbage pouring all over the floor in the trash room from the shoot. I pay over $3350 a month with all the fees to live here and I’m treated awful . I am a nurse I didn’t act recklessly and crack the stove it happened with normal use. You would think they would communicate with tenants with the high cost but they did absolutely nothing until I notified I was moving out. Please save yourself the headache of living here. There is also a renter who screams and runs up and down the halls in the middle of the night banging on doors . And will try to break into your apartment . People have easily gotten in through unlocked doors and went around the building trying to open doors
