I toured the place and it was very beautiful but the fact that there's a mandatory $100 water and sewer charge which is insane and you mandatory have to get cable and Wi-Fi through them which is also almost $100 so that's an extra $200 on top of the rent. My water and sewer has never been close to $100. And I shouldn't have to be made to get Wi-Fi and cable through them $100 a month insane for that if it's through the whole community they should have got a package deal and it should be much cheaper. So with over $200 + extra in fees every month on top of rent it's going to be a no for me ..

I had the pleasure of touring 2211 Grand Isle with Monika who was amazing. She took me around the community to tour a 1 bd/1 bathroom and gave me a variety of options that fit my situation. She was very informative and personable.

I just moved in about two weeks ago, and Monika has been so helpful in making my transition smooth and stress-free! She is easy to communicate with and very understanding. Chris was also quick and efficient in fixing an issue with my thermostat. I’ve had such a great experience so far!
