Westgate Apartments

These people have lost their minds calling these units "studio apartments". More like jail cells or walk in closets. After finally getting someone on the phone they tell me to come take a tour. I was blown away by what i saw. These rooms were so small. The there is a community bathroom. No bathrooms in the "studio's". Imagine having to go down the hallway to the community bathroom everytime you had to use the restroom or take a shower. Unacceptable! Then they asking $700 for a place with no stove, oven or enough space for a dresser.

It's ok I just don't like when I'm been forced to deal with the air conditioning be on and it's on 69 degrees when I we been told the AC have to stay on 72 and the heat have to stay on 72 too. I wish people stop messing with the AC and heat and follow the rules.

Haven't even moved in yet! We were trying to get into the new couple rooms and Randy starts of with saying he didn't want us in that room. We have been married for 9 years. Why wouldn't we want a room we can be in together. We are at the Kearney Center and we can't even touch there. When we went on the tour to see the room Randy accused us of drinking our money away. We just started our jobs within the last month. Then he tells my husband he wants to show him another reason why he doesn't want us there and shows him a mug shot of when he was in prison. Randy tells my husband he was in prison for doing drugs. Then he starts cussing at my husband and tells us to leave when my husband says why are you cussing at me I'm not cussing at you. In the span of 20 minutes we get accused of drug use and drinking, and we get cussed at, we haven't even gotten in yet. Don't go to this place. They don't want couples here. If you have even the possibility of going somewhere else don't go here. No we don't drink or do drugs, being sleep deprived is cheaper. And feels the same.

I was treated with respect by YOLANDA the first time I visited. Every time after that, I was treated like something they scrapped off the bottom of their shoe. Needless to say, I didn't stay. I went to the director RANDY to give him constructive criticism and he didn't want to hear any of it. He is as closed minded as the people he "supposedly" directs. So, this place is for the weak minded and clueless people that have no choice but to tolerate being supervised by close minded, self righteous, "make you feel small so I can feel BIG" management! The truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth.

Yolanda is rude as hell and so is Randy! When you call to speak with them about your loved one instead of them being cordial about the situation they get loud, rude and just plain nasty with you! Mind you I wasn't asking for direct information, I was simply trying to provide information to them to help my loved one! Randy said that he was going to be rude just like Yolanda to me and told me that I didn't like it to take it up with my daughter. Topa any customer service I've ever dealt with. Shame on you!
