This community boasts a convenient location, well-kept grounds, and a lively social atmosphere with frequent giveaways and clubhouse activities, making it an appealing option for many students. However, some residents have experienced concerns regarding apartment cleanliness upon move-in, inconsistent maintenance for issues like AC and leaks, unreliable shared amenities such as gym equipment and gates, and unexpected utility charges.

Not a student friendly place at all. For being late by 10 mins in returning the keys they said that we'd be charged $150 per person. The sad part is that we're returning residents and they have showed us zero considerations They didn't allow us to move in early as well so my roommates and I are stranded for the next 17 days. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
