10/10 - I absolutely love living here, great property, good apartments, and the staff members are the nicest people ever. Jordyn helped me move in to a new unit, and she is so incredibly kind and will help you with every concern you might have. She made sure I had everything I wanted in my new apartment. She went above and beyond to even restocking my favourite drink in the lobby just because she knew i liked them. Mark is also a fantastic team member at villa dylano. I often come to hangout at the lobby and play billiards and he is such a chill guy to talk to. When i first moved here he was one of the first to talk to me, people like him helped me feel like a part of the community. I never toured or got to see this place before I signed my lease, but Savion and Danny were the ones who were on call with me on the phone from across the world to make sure I had everything lined up and that everything was all good before I signed my lease. Again, they were incredibly helpful in my moving process. Overall, a great place to be and super affordable. You should definitely sign your lease here.

This place has potential, but it’s neglected. My 1x1 was spacious, pet-friendly, and within walking distance to FSU. I appreciated being placed in an upstairs unit (my preference) even though I signed late, and I got lucky with a beautiful view of trees from my balcony. The current office staff is kind, and parking was usually available. Still, major issues overshadowed the good. The area feels unsafe. I once found someone dumpster diving right outside my door. My utility bill was over $200 a month despite the lease quoting $25 to $75, and we got notices from the city warning about lead in the water. I had to buy a shower filter and water fountain for my cat just to feel safe. My unit was filthy on move-in day, with trash, broken furniture, and a sliding door that never sealed properly. Wasps swarmed my front door. Loud tokay geckos called all night. Garbage trucks came past 2 a.m. And pests like roaches, flies, mosquitoes, moths, and even wasps regularly got inside. The Wi-Fi is slow despite a monthly fee. Amenity fees cover a neglected pool with dirty water, cracked bricks, and a broken water fountain. Parking isn’t assigned, so I often had to walk from far away at night. Shared balconies felt awkward. The layout is inconvenient since you have to loop around the whole complex just to exit. It could be great if they actually maintained it, but until then, I can’t recommend it.

This is my son‘s third year living at villadylano. There was a mixup when I signed up for automatic payment and Mallory, the manager, went above and beyond to help me remedy the situation. She was so kind, understanding and prompt to get back to me. In fact, she was able to find the problem and help me to correct my mistake. In addition, anytime that I have called the Management for any reason, I have always been received with very friendly and professional customer service.
