I had a genuinely warm welcome from the realtor, Mitch. It is so nice to feel like my business is appreciated. Then, if customer service wasn’t everything, the unit I toured was beautiful. Spacious, modern, great appliances and a stellar balcony!

Going on 4 years here, Great location. The maintenance is always timely and extremely kind. Management does their best to communicate any inconveniences or updates of any kind. IMO, one of the best places to live close to campus at an affordable cost with great management.

They were really quick with the maintenance response. Really enjoyed having Oscar. He was a great help, fast, and easy to talk to. 10/10 for him and the service!

VERY NICE APARTMENT. I was not expecting something this nice in or around midtown Gainesville FL. Mitch was extremely helpful with all of our needs. Thank you for that sir!. The customer service he provided was too notch! I cannot wait to move into this place in August.
