Violated Fair Housing Act on 7/09/2025 If you don’t “fit in with the community” you will be denied for one reason or another. For the owner, don’t bother contacting me regarding this. You’ll be able to explain your position to HUD when they reach out.

Gym and amenities are also nice. There's a nice photo showing the exact clubhouse on Google and I recommend coming to the location to view all that it has to offer a home seeker

I almost escaped from this complex. The leasing office is the worst ever. They nearly do nothing. Dropped maintenance orders often and never intervened with people destroying trees, lawns, and bushes to grow vegetables and perfectly block their neighbor's main window with their vegetable vines. Some so many tenants are living with many more numbers than the policies. The unit above me had two bedrooms, and they had six regular family members and two other adults who regularly "visited" the household, no matter how they defined visiting. Of course, the excessive numbers of people make excessive noise all day and late at night after midnight until 2-3 in the morning. It was the noisiest apartment I ever experienced. Even though the leasing office is aware of all these things, they never intervened.
