The Standard at Tallahassee

I called the front desk to ask some questions about floor plans and pricing, since I am trying to narrow down where I am living next year. Tim answered the phone and was extremely helpful. He was patient with all my questions and very polite. I even learned about all the amenities including the roof top pool, study rooms, and gym. He also told me if I come in for a tour today I could get a $25 gift card and a voucher to tryout the amenities. I was very impressed with my experience and am definitely coming in for a tour!

Special shout out to Ozzie Jackson our maintenance guy. When he came to check out a issue i was having in my apartment he was very personable and polite and fixed the issue with ease.

My experience at The Standard in Tallahassee was outstanding from start to finish. The property itself is beautiful, modern, and packed with incredible amenities, but what truly made the visit memorable was Gabriella. Gabriella gave us a tour of the property and was absolutely fantastic. She was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and took the time to answer all of our questions without making us feel rushed. Her enthusiasm for the community was genuine and made it easy to picture living there. She highlighted all the features and benefits of the property while making the tour engaging and enjoyable. If you're considering The Standard, I highly recommend scheduling a tour with Gabriella. She provided exceptional customer service and made a great impression. Ozie Jackson is a great maintenance man he goes above and beyond to take care of tenants he is definitely a keeper you have a great one in him do what you have to do to keep him.
