I want to start off firstly by saying everyone was very welcoming and great to interact with especially Ryan during this opportunity to live at this location. He coached me through my application and gave me some understanding regarding the price after screening. My decision to not stay was not because of the location or the people who lived there at all. The amenities were definitely what a college kid or adult would love to experience. I would be living there if I knew the complete total upfront and not have to sign lease before screening when that’s usually before the payment but that’s what I’m used to for many living locations. Overall , if I had the income to stay in 2/2 or 1/1 , I will definitely would have moved there. Their prices are reasonable in my opinion and near many places I visit and my job area. I recommend this place for many people who are looking for great living aesthetic and amenities. I want to thank Ryan for his understanding and cooperation and the staff for bearing with me during this process.
