GOOGLE REVIEWS IMPACT RESPONSES FROM NEGLIGENT BUSINESSES!!! I am still attempting to negotiate with this apartment management company. I found it interesting that one of their requests was that I remove this review!!! ALSO.... I DISCOVERED THAT THE APARTMENT MANAGEMENT OFFERED THE NEIGHBORS ABOVE ME $1000 OFF THEIR RENT NOT TO MOVE BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T WANT ME TO "FEEL LIKE I WON!!" ARE YOU SERIOUS????? This is my first time returning to the dog park since I posted the last pictures of how dis disgusting it is! How can they say they are "pet friendly?" I just picked up 8 piles of feces before my dog could play! Also, my neighbors have continued to come to window to harass me to the point that my dogs tried to go through it the other day! LUCKILY, she only sustained a minor laceration to her paw! I could leave negative stars I would! I pay over $1700 a month to live in Hell. I will be posting pictures of how trashy this place really is! The amenities cost a fortune, yet they don’t screen new residents (obviously) so it’s impossible to use what you pay for. I literally attempted to take my dogs to the dog park for the FIRST TIME IN A MONTH LAST NIGHT…. Someone arrived right before me, so I left temperamental dog in my car and stood waiting for the woman to use the park. Her bulldog attempted to climb the fence after my older, non-aggressive bulldog mix. I had my back to them after this and the next thing I knew she ran CRYING out of the park! What the heck???? Then I heard her screaming and crying saying that I had been staring at her! Clearly she is used to living in trailer parks where they don’t have security cameras….. SMH! So, I finally get a chance for my dogs to spend a few rare seconds at the park. Of course, before I could throw the ball for my dog, I had to pick up mound after mound of dog excrement so her ball didn’t roll through it! EVERYTIME I utilize the dog park I have to do this!!!!!DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!! These people allow racial discrimination to the point that you are scared to leave your home!!!!! I was an honor student now I am flunking all my classes and they don’t care!!!!!! Do not live here!!!!!If you’re a full time senior in college with a 3.85 GPA, working four gig jobs to survive, DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! Enjoy the pictures…. This is after I cleaned up all the dog crap last night! Would you pay $1700 a month to live in this???

Let me start by saying I don't live at The Riley, but my experience with Rohanna and Jordyn was EVERYTHING!!! Their professionalism, kindness and awesome people skills are superb!!! They care about their prospects and they go above and beyond to try to get them in.😊 Thank you ladies for everything!!!! I will NOT forget this experience!!!! Many blessings to you both in all that you do!🩷🌸🩷

A lot of smoking smell. Roaches and flies in the room. Dog shit all around. Only positive thing is maintenance guys, they resolve issues with in 24hrs. At the end they took all our deposit with no issues in the room

The Riley is truly a great place to live. First off I will say the maintenance team Jamie and Tim are the BEST. They fix things immediately, and even work around your scheduling if you need them to. I work nights and will ask them to come at a specific time the next day. They are ALWAYS on time and always get the job done. It is extremely rare to find a maintenance team as good as them. I will also say the management team, Rohanna, and the actual company itself, truly cares about their residents and will always go the extra mile to accommodate you.
