they send out false eviction notices....and they let the college hires in the front office take the heat while the management hides and uses false email addresses that bounce

The Amenities are nice but having random people using them is insulting but this whole summer the main waterfall has been broken. There’s people that don’t live here and use them and it’s so frustrating. Security sucks and the lack of cameras is scary. Thankfully I’m moving out in July but this whole year there has been large men that live above me and they repeatedly stomp and act like they live in a house. I can’t get any work done or get any sleep without hearing them above me, they walk like they have cement in their shoes. I’ve brought this up to the leasing office and I was told to make a maintenance request and since then I still haven’t had any issues resolved. There’s better communities to live at here in Tallahassee that would actually help and give out proper noice complaint violations. My roommates and I are exhausted from the neighbors that live directly above us and we even tried speaking to the residents in person hoping it will help and it did not.
