The Monroe Apartments

Truly a great apartment complex! I came in from out of state and immediately felt welcomed! The staff is always looking to help and figure out any problems you may have. Maintenance is extremely timely, in my experience, work orders were completed within a day's notice! The amenities are great! The pool is a wonderful place to hang out and meet new people in the community. They are very transparent and did not hide any fees or fine print from us. Unfortunately, leaving since we are looking for a 4-bedroom place to stay, but I do not think there is a better place to stay in Tallahassee! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I have lived at The Monroe since 2021. Ann, Paloma, and Nina are amazing! Maintenance are knowledgeable and take care of work orders quickly. The property is well-kept and neighbors are friendly but honestly, management is what keeps me and my wife here. They are courteous, thoughtful, and always take care of us.

My fiancé and I had such a great experience working with Pierina (Nina) during our move into our first apartment. Moving can be stressful, especially doing it for the first time, but she made the whole process feel so smooth and easy. From the tour to move-in day, she was always helpful, positive, and welcoming. One thing we really appreciate is how dependable she is. Anytime we’ve needed anything or had questions, she’s been there to help with a smile on her face. You can tell she genuinely cares about the people she works with, and her energy honestly makes such a difference. We’re really thankful to have her as a resource and couldn’t have asked for a better leasing agent!

I had the pleasure of having a tour today led by Pierina. She is the absolute best! I initially was a little nervous to tour only because of my previous experiences with other apartments. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with so much personality and just warmth not only from her from other agents as well. Also, Sidenote, I loved how she included the price with all their extra added fees included instead of just the base rent. I do feel like we can kind of forget about what’s included with the base rent due to it not being directly in front of us when we go look online or call in and they say one price but when you tour at the end of the tour and they give you another price. P.S. the space is unmatched. EXTREMELY spacious!!

I enjoyed my time at the Monroe apartments because of how helpful the staff was. I always felt like they were very responsive and reliable. Pierina was especially kind and helpful. She went out of her way to help me and my daughter with any issues. She is very kind and caring. She was welcoming when we would occasionally visit the office and it was very nice chatting with her. After we moved out, I had an important package accidentally sent to the apartment and Pierina shipped the package to us and refused payment! We are several hours away and she relieved me of the stress of finding another way to get my package. Additionally, I appreciated how repair services were often same or next day.
