This student housing offers a prime location with convenient access to campus, and many residents appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, particularly the leasing team, along with a good selection of amenities like the gym and pool. However, some common concerns include issues with apartment cleanliness upon move-in, air quality, and the overall condition of units, as well as challenges with unresponsive management regarding maintenance requests and move-out charges. Prospective residents should consider these points and thoroughly document their apartment's condition to avoid potential issues.

DO NOT SIGN HERE. Consider this your warning. You might think all apartment complexes have issues and that location is the only thing that matters, but your health should come first. I all experienced breathing issues while living here, and my provider believed the apartment's air quality contributed. At one point, there was mold in my ceiling. Management replaced that section of the ceiling, but the apartment continued to have a persistent musty smell that never fully went away. When we checked our HVAC filter, it was absolutely filthy. Management told us they don't automatically replace air filters between tenants, although you can request a new one. If you've already signed a lease here, I highly recommend requesting a filter replacement immediately. Another disappointment was the lack of guest parking. When I signed my lease under the previous management company, we were told guest parking would be available, similar to many competing apartment complexes. That promise was never fulfilled. The apartment was also extremely dirty when I moved in. I ended up steam-cleaning the carpets myself with a Little Green machine midway through the year, which seemed to help somewhat with the air quality. The most frustrating part was being charged a cleaning fee after move-out, even though I returned my room in significantly better condition than I received it. Part of the justification was a musty odor, but that smell had been present throughout my lease despite my efforts to keep the apartment clean and dry. To be fair, not everything was negative. The location is excellent, the maintenance staff was consistently professional and responsive, and the front desk employees were always friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, those positives weren't enough to make up for the apartment's condition and what I experienced as poor management. Management changed at least once during my lease, but I didn't notice any meaningful improvement. In my experience, living here also meant spending extra money on a large dehumidifier (which I had to empty daily), air purifiers, DampRid for the closets, and even healthcare costs related to breathing issues. I can't recommend this property based on my experience.

This place is an absolute mess. I never lived here, but my girlfriend did so I spent a LOT of time here throughout her lease. The apartment was nasty on move in. It was obvious the previous tenant that lived in my girlfriend's room had a cat because there was cat hair all in the carpet, meaning they barely bothered cleaning the place. The air quality was awful, even me as a person with very little allergies found my eyes burning after being in the unit too long. My girlfriend and all of her roommates got sick with a couple of them getting bronchitis. This place does not replace the air filter between residents, as was evident when we decided to investigate the air conditioner and found the filter coated in a thick layer of dust and hair. This layer was so thick it managed to entomb an entire cockroach. I mean that shit was BLACK when they looked at it. The a/c did not cool the apartment equally, with my girlfriend's roommates recording a temperature on a thermometer in their rooms that was significantly higher than my girlfriend's room. The single elevator in the building is awful and has broken on a couple occasions while I was in it. There were times where the elevator would be broken for multiple weeks. On move out after my girlfriend disconnected her air purifier we noticed a really strange smell in the apartment but had no idea where it was coming from. Also, forget about guest parking, if you want to park your car for longer than 30 minutes prepare to shell out a good chunk of change. One of my friends spent a couple hundred bucks because he was visiting his girlfriend for a weekend. For the price point they are asking for, the living conditions are unacceptable

They charged me $900 for a week's rent. Ridiculous. Did not even pro-rate the month.
