The Enclave at Huntington Woods

Mathew our maintenance guy is freaking AWESOME! He came to my apartment to fix my AC unit and he made sure everything was working properly. on the third floor! Guy is a super hard worker! Specially on 100+ degree weather. Super good attitude and super respectful AND fixed the AC. 10/10 service.

I love living at the Enclave at Huntington Woods apartments. My apartment is so nice and it’s so quiet and peaceful out here! The maintenance always responds fast and are very nice guys! They have a gym and pool and I love that!! I love Courtni Smith the Property manager she is amazing and always kind and helpful! They take good care of the tenants and they are always having nice events for us! Close to so many stores and the highway doesn’t take me long to get to work. Great place to live!!

Since moving in, my experience at this apartment complex has been frustrating overall. The AC has gone out three separate times, which has been especially inconvenient and uncomfortable given we live in FLORIDA. Additionally, we were not given a mailbox key upon move-in. After realizing this, we notified the office, but it took multiple visits and over a month just to finally receive one. The upkeep of the property has also been disappointing. There is dog waste left all around the grounds, which makes walking outside unpleasant. On top of that, the trash compactor has issues, leading to overflow and adding to the overall lack of cleanliness. Overall, there seem to be consistent maintenance and management issues that need to be addressed to improve the living experience here.

I really like this apartment. It's very quiet in the morning and evening, and it's in a nice area that feels safe. I also really appreciate the affordable corporate-style furnished options which were a lifesaver during a work tranfer. Plus the staff is really nice. Big thanks to Mary in the leasing office! She went above and beyond to help us with a last-minute move, and made sure everything was set up perfectly. Overall, great experience and amazing service. 😊

I love everything about this place....... the ambience.....The apartments are so well maintained! .The staff at the Office..... Coutni... Kiara...Jalisa......They made moving in so much more easy..... less lonely! Kind and welcoming! Superglad they have the Gym and the pool! The office space has such a cozy and classy vibe! The best is the Amazon Lockers ..... all my parcels are safe! And here I am today enjoying Hot Chocolate and cookies as I welcome the holidays!!!! Its always nice to come down and meet some friendly souls.... especially on dark rainy and cold days like today! I sure pitch for this community.... that called The Enclave at Huntington Woods!
