Beautiful, affordable, and safe. Everyone has their own bathroom it's the main reason I enjoyed The Artisan.

As a current tenant, I’ve had a very positive experience living here. The leasing office staff has always been professional, respectful, and willing to help whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. They communicate clearly and make sure residents feel heard and taken care of. The property is well-maintained, clean, and quiet, which makes it a comfortable place to live. Any maintenance requests I’ve submitted were handled in a timely manner, and the maintenance team did quality work. I also appreciate how the leasing office stays organized and keeps residents informed about any updates or important information. Overall, living here has been a great experience. The staff truly cares about the tenants, and that makes a big difference. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a safe, well-managed, and welcoming place to live.

I would like to say the pictures online are very false , they do not show all the great things on the website and the pool is nasty green with stuff floating in it, i'm really concerned for when they are going to fix the problem I always am worried About bugs and animals getting in my home especially rats. the front office lady Felicia is really sweet its just I don't feel safe being the only lady up front apparently a while ago she got threaded and people are not aloud in the office. I'm very concerned for our community.

I stayed at the artisan for a year and overall the place was really nice and move in ready on the inside. The outside needs a lot of work, the pool area was closed more than open. The gym had no working equipment and the office with pool table is not accessible on the weekends. The office manager is polite however barely interacts with residents regarding whats going on with the property. She also held our mail up on purpose for 6 months I had to get a temporary p.o. box which is not free, all because a former resident threatened her which had absolutely nothing to do with the current residents who lived there at that time. Then it took them almost 2 months to send my deposit back. The office manager calls out a lot too and honestly doesn’t really care about the wellbeing of others again she is very respectful but her business ethic needs some work. The only reason I gave a 3 star is because inside it is nice and the rent is very affordable. Crime in the area is bad too so if you have kids keep that in mind. 2 homes were raided in the 1 year I resided there. This place has potential but proceed with caution. Expect little is all I am saying.
