I enjoyed my stay there.Mr.Hector(Management) is a very professional guy and the ladies are as well.The studio apartments are really nice.This is the place to move.Very quit as well! Lovely community!

I really enjoyed my time staying at swan luxury studios. The management and staff were always cordial and very good at communicating. The rooms look brand new along with the gym and swimming pool area. Monthly they would host community gatherings in the very nice and clean front lobby. The trash was always handled on time and the maintenance team did a wonderful job keeping the grounds looking fresh and picked up. Recommend đź‘Ť

I had to move to the Tallahassee area last minute due to a promotion at work. I came across Hector and I have to say, customer service was absolutely incredible. He made the process super easy and was accessible anytime something would arise (wasn't much). If you are looking for a clean, well-maintained, and safe apartment complex to live in? You found the place. Can't beat the price!!! Ask for Hector!!!
