I’ve had ongoing concerns about the safety, cleanliness, and management of this community. Pet waste is a recurring issue — many residents allow their pets to relieve themselves near building entryways, which creates strong odors that drift indoors and make the area unpleasant. There are also frequent disturbances and unsupervised children causing property damage, such as broken electrical boxes and other vandalism around shared spaces. These issues have caused parts of the property to look neglected and rundown. Additionally, some residents who also work within the community seem to receive faster responses to their requests, while others have difficulty getting management to address their concerns. This uneven treatment has been frustrating and discouraging. I hope to see more consistent rule enforcement, equal treatment of all residents, and better property upkeep going forward.

We lived in Summerchase for three years. Overall, it is a good place to live. The place is usually well kept and there are security cameras around the complex. The HOA has weird policies such as not decorating your door or you can get a ticket. Also, there is always at least one vehicle break-in every year. Do not be afraid to move here, but do not leave anything expensive in your car. Lastly, this complex is very dog-friendly. Our dog made many good friends there! 😊

BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! If I could give this place negative stars I would. Do not move HERE! They allowed section 8, convicted felons and stalkers to live here. Who knows they may be your neighbors. The buildings may look nice But management is from HELL!!

Honestly don’t know what these other people are talking about, moved here back in July. I feel at home, gym equipment always works, pool looks clean whenever there aren’t a bunch of teens hogging it Lmaoo, and the place is neatly mowed and garbage free. The neighbors are pretty chill, no one making a ruckus at like 3 am and I have yet to hear anybody throwing a party around me. Yeah people don’t really talk to you in this community, however whenever they do, they’ve never been rude to me. I was scared because of these exaggerated a** reviews to move here, but I’m glad I took the chance. Love it here, pretty houses, quiet and clean neighborhood, would highly suggest getting a spot here :)

A well maintained property for sure! Condos are 3/3 and 2/2 with loft. Pool 🏊 and Gym are kept super clean!!! Management enforces policies which is why this is a good 😊 choice if your looking for a nice place to stay.
