Student Luxury Living

Had an absolutely great time here! The location is perfect — close to FIU — and Sid was incredibly helpful whenever I needed anything. I arrived from the Netherlands, and he even arranged a transfer from the airport to SLL for me. He made sure I had everything I needed during the first few weeks. They were also super flexible with short-term stays. I can’t recommend this place enough!

I normally do not do this, but I feel compelled to leave a review because of how great of an experience I have had as a tenant during my time at Student Luxury Living. The house is always clean because there is a cleaning crew that comes once a week, the Roomates were nice, and the manager Sid went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable in my stay here. I recommend this for any student that wants to live in a safe community and a calm living space.

I had an excellent experience during my stay at Student Luxury Living. The house was outstanding — comfortable, clean, and very well maintained. The property manager, Siddharth, consistently demonstrated exceptional attentiveness, professionalism, and a genuine willingness to assist with any needs that arose. Thanks to his outstanding support, my entire experience was seamless and thoroughly enjoyable. His commitment to excellence truly enhanced the overall quality of my stay.

My kid lived 1.5 years in this place, Siddharth and Brian are wonderful young gentlemen, they always were prompt to fix/help with any stuff for the house, never a problem, house was always clean and they were always kind, friendlyand respectful. No place is perfect and sometimes you got individuals that have no manners or respect, yes there had been a couple of bad apples living there, and those problems were taken care of soon after warned, they finished their leases "early" after warned them (gossip, weed, drunks and brothel life have no room here), we were glad they left so the rest could live like good human beings.

Modern-looking interior with quick access to FIU, stores, and the highway. Staff are very friendly and welcoming, and the common areas are cleaned weekly. If you think something is missing in the common areas (like the kitchen) you can ask and they will likely accommodate.
