Me and my friend toured Statehouse for the fall and Isaiah and Deyah were SUPER helpful during our tour and made it very easy to understand everything and explained Tally a lot as well. Super good staff !!

I love StateHouse St. Augustine! The location is amazing and super close to campus! The amenities are my favorite part. The pool is so nice, the gym and sauna are such a big plus, and the study rooms are perfect when I need to focus and get work done. The staff is always so nice and helpful, which makes living here even better. It’s honestly such a great place for college students!

For the amount this place charges, you’d think the amenities would work more than twice a year. But no — everything here is “temporarily out of order,” which I guess is their unofficial slogan. Management deserves a special shout-out for their impressive consistency: they’re rude every single time. Truly remarkable dedication. Between the sky-high rates, the broken amenities, and the staff that treats basic service like a personal favor, I definitely won’t be coming back. Thanks for the memories — or would’ve been memories, if anything here ever worked.

We toured Statehouse Tallahassee with the manager, Chris, and had such a great experience! He was super kind and knowledgeable, and the property itself is beautiful. We felt really safe and comfortable walking around. Our ideal floor plan was already sold out, but we still wanted to share how great our experience was!!
