I can’t say enough good things about living here! From day one, Kia and Rose made me feel so welcomed with their warm personalities and genuine care for the residents. The whole team truly goes above and beyond to make this place feel like home. Whenever I’ve needed assistance, Remy has been incredible—always quick to help and super efficient. And Jada consistently goes out of her way to make sure any questions or requests are handled smoothly and with a great attitude. It’s clear that this team takes real pride in what they do. Huge thanks to Kia, Rose, Remy, and Jada for making this community such a wonderful place to live. Highly recommend!

Amazing apartment complex! Office staff and maintenance are always readily available and willing to solve any issues despite having a lot on their plate.

I would typically have rated this place about 3-stars. I paid for the furniture package which was supposed to include a tv, but that was never provided. I told management multiple times and no tv was received, but they did knock of the price off my rent some months. The reason I bumped it up to 5-stars is because of the amazing maintenance team. They were so kind, fixed repairs quickly and I was just overall so grateful for their amazing work. Highly recommend this place solely because you'll be taken care of. Just maybe don't expect a tv lol.

I've been trying to sublease my unit, but the process has been difficult due to inconsistent communication from the other party. They declined two person and their terms keep changing.
