Savannah Sound Apartments

Income based housing. If you are facing repossession, not working or having family problems don't move here without having all the rent for months in advance. Any problems you may face they don't care. They never answer the phone, never at the office. Percy tried to help me after 2 months of trying to communicate with Amanda and she stopped replying to any of my messages. I was then sent eviction notices from the court and being 2 months behind on rent ( when i had no car && limited hours at work) my total went from 2500$ to being told I had to pay 12 GRAND with a 3 day notice to keep the apartment. If I had 12grand I would've never gotten my car taken , still working overtime && wouldn't be in an apartment that constantly had bugs , bathtub never drained after bottles && bottles of draino. Not to mention the fan almost killed me cause one of the "wings" fell off in the middle of the night. Not to mention they don't accept partial payments AT ALL but oh if you wanna pay partial before the rent is due by all means. Which they also won't tell you until after. The maintenance man Leon was great when I called about my AC being out. Filter was changed && fix within the hour. Only thing good. Area it's self was quiet not much loud noises or neighbors. Apartment was nice in a sense for temporary residence. I wouldn't recommend to anyone honestly. Could've spent those 3 months rent at a motel 6 && had better management && less spiders and roaches. My room door never shut completely and locked cause the frame wasn't leveled correctly. Every time I closed my bathroom door more && more of the upper frame was peeling. Place is horrible. Nothing works and manager dont care about residents. People go days and weeks without no hot water or AC. Surprised this place is still operating. Customer service is horrible.

Unprofessional. Definitely lost a possible resident.

This place has consistently gone down since the new management took over. The roaches are absolutely horrible, there are constant water leaks that have the entire parking lot looking like a river for weeks at a time. The maintenance staff does the absolute best they can but they have to wait for the lazy management to approve their work orders instead of letting the maintenance manager do his job. The grass hasnt been serviced in forever. It looks like a wild jungle. They also let dogs poop EVERYWHERE so your kids cant even enjoy running around without worrying about stepping in it. Do they ever answer the phone….haha NO. Never. They have increased rent EVERY year that I have been here. DO NOT MOVE OUT HERE. I promise you will regret it
