Rolling Hills

I’ve been trying to rent an apartment here for the longest. My emails go unanswered, they never pick up the phone, and they don’t return voicemails. If you are trying to move asap, please don’t apply here! They will take your money and act like you don’t exist.

I have never written a review but i honestly think its needed considering how many good reviews there are for this complex. I was fooled aswell moving in here and don’t want that to happen to anyone else. The management is honestly so bad, they are incredibly hard to reach making you have to inconvenience your time to physically go up to the office which half the time is closed even when its supposed to be open. I pay $25 a month for trash service that I and I believe mostly everyone in the complex just takes out themselves cause I see people driving their cars up to the dumpster everyday. The renovation work is so half assed theres cracks along my ceilings, stuff isnt fully painted, a door is attached wrong, and theres also open access to the outside in one of my closets which i believe cockroaches come through. And that’s not even really the problem for me its just nearly impossible to get help when you need it i’ve never once left a voicemail and it got returned, I’ve called emergency maintenance just to leave a voicemail once again to not get returned. Im just tired of having to go out of my way for stuff that is on the management. Like for instance they keep adding a $15 insurance charge every month that i paid in full and i have to ask them to take it off every single month which is why i’m writing this review because im at my last straw its on there once again and they didnt answer my voicemail from yesterday or my call today so i have to inconvenience myself again to go up there. Thank god i don’t have it on autopay because they would have overcharged me multiple times. Dont be fooled moving in here. The maintenance guys are really nice though i’ll give them that it’s not their fault.

Good Morning: This is for the Assistant Community Manager - Ms. Tianna A. Thank you. Her customer service is, by far, the best experience I’ve had trying to find an apartment. She is the epitome of great customer service. Even if I didn’t get the apartment, I’d still commend her on her great phone presence. She answered all my questions and not once tried to give me the runaround. I cannot comment on the apartment as yet, since I haven’t moved in as yet. I hope everyone has a great weekend! 🫶 -S

Very spacious. The Assiant manager is great. A lot of loud music from cars but we hear that everywhere. People won't pick up after their pets But overall I would give it a 5 only if residents would follow the rules. I give Assistant Manager 5 stars.

(Update) I lived here for one year and it was a perfect fit for me- Originally placed as 4 star in the beginning since I had just moved in, but now that I have finished a year- wanted to upgrade it to a 5. This complex is not perfect (water was shut off a few times but I was always at work so it didn't effect me directly) but the community is peaceful and management was always helpful and responsive to me. It was a perfect spot at the right price for where I was at. I was on the second floor and the electricity was high in the summer- but I expected that. Overall, I would recommend this place for someone who wants good value for a low price. I just finished all the paperwork and checklists to move in, so I cant speak to what it's like to live here long term yet (I will update my review if I feel like I need to) but I wanted to leave a good review for Katrina and Amber (and presumably James the maintenance man) who helped me get through all the complications that came up and got me into the apartment I wanted at the right price. They were very friendly and worked hard to accommodate my needs.
