HORRIBLE communication, they obviously don’t want business. I’m not in tallahassee currently, so I called numerous times over the span of a week and no one answer whatsoever, so I sent a friend to the leasing office. He told me there was LITERALLY someone at the desk when he got there so I called that moment… no answer! What are they at work for????? He goes in and was told by the lady to come back 2 days later. He left his name and what time he would be coming back, and when he does so the office doors are locked?? Additionally, I left a message each time I called to reach out to me and they didn’t reach out until 12 days later after I’ve already found something else… and not to mention over TEXT. This was a headache and I’m leaving this review to help someone else avoid it. If I can’t even get in contact with them to ask questions, how is it for those who already live there and need maintenance or assistance with anything?🤨 This was a sign.✌️

I have called on multiple occasions about my application and no answer. I have called about 5x today and by the 3rd call the line magically has been disconnected . I’m just trying to receive information and I can’t seem to get in touch with anyone to do so .

I am glad we actually move out today They don’t help with nothing or even take actions in anything a person can rob you or break in your car they’re not responsible! We put in a notice of mold being on our walls they never did come clean like the rules are strict they don’t do their jobs at all They don’t have pest control at all Roaches spiders ants & other insects the staff is terrible and not helpful
