5/5 Stars ​I recently toured Park Avenue Villas, and I had an outstanding experience! From the very start, Melissa was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. She took the time to listen to exactly what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect unit that fit my budget. These villas are surprisingly affordable—cheaper than many of the apartments I looked at—yet they feel much more like a house. ​ What really stood out to me during the tour, aside from Melissa’s excellent service, was the atmosphere. Every tenant I encountered was so welcoming and kind. It is clear there is a genuine, cool sense of community here; it feels like a family. ​ The units themselves are beautiful—modern, spacious, and well-designed. The grounds are fantastic, with beautiful trails that are perfect for walking or unwinding, and the clubhouse is a huge bonus. It’s a great space to hang out, and they even have a PlayStation 5! ​Melissa went above and beyond to accommodate everything I needed and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She truly took care of every request I had. I highly recommend Park Avenue Villas to anyone looking for a great place to live. This community really stands out, and the team—especially Melissa—makes all the difference. Thank you!

Melisa and Gregory take great care of the property and residents. I love how quiet it is here at Park Ave Villas. I highly recommend this place to live.

Doreen was the worst manager ever. Items were stolen. Roach infested. Ignored complaints. She is very unfair. She did not show the apartment prior to moving in. She took up for the stealing done by the maintenance. Apartment was in poor condition.

Park Ave Villas in Tallahassee is a great place live. Washer and dryer in every unit. 2 parking spots per unit. Well kept Grounds. Friendly community of neighbors. Dog and Cat friendly. Dog pickup stations with bags included. A+ maintenance man! Greg is very friendly and prompt. Mellissa is a great manager, very friendly and professional. My wife and I have lived here since 2019 and still going! Very close to Publix and the mall. 5 star rating in my opinion.
