We’ve had a few miscommunications with management in the past, but overall our experience at Mission West Apartments has been positive. One of the biggest advantages is the affordability. Compared to many other apartments in the area, Mission West offers reasonable rent while still providing a comfortable place to live. Our apartment is clean, comfortable, and all of our utilities work as they should. The maintenance team deserves recognition for responding to requests and getting repairs completed in a timely manner, which is greatly appreciated. The main downside is the laundry facility. We choose to wash our clothes elsewhere because the dryers have had issues with roaches, and the washers don’t always get clothes as clean as we’d like. While it’s an inconvenience, it’s not a dealbreaker for us. Overall, Mission West provides a decent and affordable place to live. The prompt maintenance service, working utilities, and reasonable pricing have made our experience a good one.
