Aiden, the leasing manager, was super nice and helpful! I would definitely recommend this apartment. You can’t beat the price and the location

I’ve had a really positive experience with Midtown Apartments! The staff is always friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful whenever I’ve had questions or needed anything. The location is also a huge plus. it’s convenient, close to everything you need, and just a really nice area overall. Definitely a great place to live if you’re looking for comfort and convenience!

The proximity to campus is amazing and the staff are all very kind but it is overall not worth the price. The fire alarms go off in the middle of the night for the entire building at least once a month. You will always be able to hear anything or anyone outside the building, mostly midtown bars and cars, if you’re anywhere but the north side of the building. The walls and doors between rooms are incredibly thin, so you can pretty much always hear roommates or anyone else in your apartment. The upgrades that are being done are nice in theory but realistically it ends up being a week of construction and your room not being usable for relatively not impactful changes. Also you have no say in your availability for maintenance to do work in your room. Every maintenance and management person I’ve spoken with have been very nice but I’ve still had personal belongings and money taken from my room that I’ve never seen again. I’ve also had move out fees charged to me that roommates have been responsible for that I am still in dispute with almost a full year later. There’s no wifi in the common area and study rooms. I can’t speak to every room but there was no way for me to connect with ethernet since my room and modem had broken ports and didn’t support any network extenders, and the external company midtown relies on refused to fix it since it still worked wirelessly. They also used to have nice mesh spinning office chairs and replaced them with cheap plastic dorm type chairs.

This place sucks. You can hear all the music from the bars downstairs, the washing machine breaks down all the time, and you cannot wash anything with it. The brand-new delivery room is a mess, and you can never find your package. It's a bunch of shelves, the delivery people are incompetent and just throw it wherever, and you spend 30 minutes looking for your own package in a pile with 50 other boxes. The internet is super slow, and there isn't even a router in the apartment for a hard-wired Ethernet connection. My apartment also came with a bunch of half-assed patched holes from previous tenants. The only good thing is the close proximity to campus.

I’ve had a great overall experience living at Midtown Apartments. The community is well kept, and things are generally smooth, but I especially want to give a shoutout to Monica. When I accidentally got locked out of my room, she was incredibly kind and quick to help. She handled the situation with real understanding and made what could have been a stressful moment much easier. Really appreciate her and the team here!
