Magnolia Oaks

My apartments water and ac has been out for almost a year. The apartment owner does not care and every time they come out to fix it, it goes back out. The landlord has ignored me multiple times and refuses to do anything as well as the maintenance man. They have horrible management.

Living at Magnolia Oaks was a bit rocky for me when I first moved in back in August of 2024. Management has changed a couple times but that’s understandable. It has become a lot better over the past year. Big Shoutout to the office assistant manager CREE. She’s amazing and she does her best to help people when they’re having problems. It’s been so many times I just wanted to pack up and move and she always told me just be patient she’s working on something for complex. Since Cree has working at Magnolia Oaks I’ve seen some changing.

I’ve had a great experience working with [Kree]. she’s always professional, kind, and quick to respond to any questions or maintenance requests. They go above and beyond to make sure residents feel comfortable and well taken care of. It’s refreshing to have someone so dependable and friendly managing the property — it really makes a difference in my renting experience.

From my 6 months of staying here Kreshenda (Kre) has been the best anything issue or problem , she makes sure she handles it in no time !! She is the best , very sweet and about her business !! I will always recommend her !!

I’ve had a great experience since the new management took over! The changes have been very positive, and everything feels more organized and resident-focused. A special shoutout to Que, the leasing agent — she truly goes above and beyond for the residents. She’s professional, attentive, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. It makes a big difference knowing the staff really cares, and I appreciate all the effort Que and the team put into making this a better community.
