Lumen Apartments

If you’re looking for an apartment in Tallahassee, try the Lumen on Old Bainbridge Rd. The complex is newly renovated with beautiful finishes, appliances, and brand new pool. The biggest sell for me is the washer and dryer in each unit as well as the friendly staff. Latisha was knowledgeable, kind and accommodating. She answered all the questions that I had and made me feel at home. If you’re not already sold, book a tour and tell them Dellisa sent you!

The lumen apartments was the best and easiest apartments to move into. They made me feel like I was their own child looking for an apartment and making sure I get what I needed to get. Miss Felicia was so helpful with the movement process. The respect was there she was just the best overall, and Miss Leticia gave me the greatest tour. The ceilings are nice. The floors are nice. The apartment is so spacious. I would definitely recommend for anyone who is a college student looking to move on their own but also pay an affordable fires and it also includes a washer and dryer which is a big thing for me as my first time getting my first apartment I recommend the lumen apartment

Mrs.Latisha is an amazing tour guide and overall a wonderful lady, very informative on the new models and all renovations. Pricing’s are great and reasonable, layouts are spacious and the option of units being furnished is available!
