They have mold, and will not hire professional cleaners for it. Didn’t see the model apartment because of “repairs” and “liability”, but the apartment had missing cabinet handles, mold in the ac, and splattered paint from them painting over everything (which after about months has been chipping). Bathroom vent never works so imagine what’s happening in the bathroom with the humidity. It took them 3 months just to take care of basic things when I first moved in, and a family member had to Threaten them with code enforcement for them to do it. Mold has returned in the apartment and me and my toddler has been dealing with the affects of living with it, including respiratory issues, eye issues, brain fog, irritability, and more. I’ve sent two emails and put in a maintenance request for it going on three weeks now, no response. The style of the place is not bad, but definitely not livable. I had squirrels in top of my apartment as well, which they did do pest control for, but imagine the pee and poop up there that’s just circulating in the ac. They just opened the pool back up too now at the end of May. Communication and professional cleaning is needed.

terrible. mold, leaks, cracks, chipping paint, insect infestations, maintenance is unresponsive, theirs no mention of them removing lead paint anywhere, the house has flooded with RAW SEWAGE, same for the BATHTUB. the water heater has had leaks, and caused mold growth underneath carpet. and honestly, for some people living here, they would be JEALOUS! we’ve lived here twice, and both times was an absolute nightmare. spiders in every. single. corner. and that’s not even an exaggeration! we’ve tried raid, insecticides, etc, and if it could not get ANY worse, no microwave, no washer, no drier.

This place is honestly one of the worst living experiences I’ve had. The condition of the apartments is unacceptable—rotten windows, visible cracks in the walls, and an AC unit that barely works, if at all. It feels like basic maintenance is completely ignored. When you do try to get something fixed, the maintenance staff is either unresponsive or does a poor, temporary job that doesn’t actually solve the issue. Management is practically nonexistent. There’s little to no communication, and when issues come up, tenants are left in the dark. One of the biggest frustrations is the water constantly being shut off without warning or explanation. Imagine trying to clean your home on your days off, only to find the water is off—something that happens more than three times a month—with no email, no notice, no communication at all at least for my building. I see the emails for other buildings and all the emails about other ”activity” but I know for sure that my water has been shut off at least 10x this year alone and I may have 1 email to show for it. And of course, the office is closed when you try to get answers. Overall, this complex feels neglected and poorly managed. For the amount of money being paid, residents deserve safe, functional living conditions—and this place falls far short of that.
