Lived here for my final two years at FSU. Jasmine, the property manager, was absolutely awesome. Any issue I had, she was determined to get it resolved as soon as possible. Good location, cozy little spot. Highly recommend.

I resided here for over 2 years. Units are nice, appliances are nice, bedrooms nice size too. Great location, close to all the stores and eats. Great property management as well. A nice place to live!

I lived here for 1.5 years and only moved when I left Tallahassee for a job. By far the best place I lived in tally! 1 bedroom is small but appliances are new, plenty of parking, walking distance to Cascades park and SAFE neighborhood. Also super close to all the Aplachee shopping and overall just a great/central location. Property Manager Jasmine was amazing and helped me find someone to fill end of my lease so I didn’t even have to pay last month’s rent. She also installed better lighting out front after I mentioned it was dark at night.
