The young ladies in the front office are incredibly nice and welcoming. From the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted with such kindness. Artheria assisted my daughter with her application and made the entire process so smooth. She answered every question we had with patience and professionalism, and she was very understanding throughout everything. What really stood out was how she kept us updated during the entire process, which we truly appreciated. It made us feel comfortable and confident that we were in good hands. Artheria went above and beyond to make sure we understood everything and felt supported. Hopefully my niece will be living here soon, and it will all be thanks to the amazing help from Miss Artheria. The customer service here is truly wonderful, and it makes a big difference when staff members genuinely care about the people they’re helping. We’re very grateful for her assistance!

This is definitely one of the worst leasing offices I’ve dealt with. If we’re being honest about the issues, here are a few of them: The staff appears very young and inexperienced. Personal information does not feel secure. There is a lack of proper management and professionalism. The office door is often locked, and calls frequently go unanswered. Staff members spend time socializing instead of assisting residents or applicants, and they can be very rude. Management has allowed this environment to become far too comfortable and unprofessional. The property needs stronger oversight and better-trained staff. People are simply trying to move and secure housing they should not have to deal with unnecessary frustration. Applicants deserve proper updates and clear communication throughout the process. It also seems that some people are asked to leave positive reviews, and assistance is given selectively rather than fairly to everyone. Conversations happening in the office are often unprofessional. The only reason this behavior continues is because it has been accepted and allowed. This property would benefit greatly from better leadership, accountability, and more professional staff.

Mrs. Arthearia Williams from the front office has went above and beyond With her customer service she has been so polite, so helpful and I honestly couldn’t ask for anything else . I have my apartment my kids are happy I’m happy The process was quick if I had any questions, she was there to answer them. I’m so thankful.i love my new place so much. Rosita D
