Fulton Hill Apartments

We've lived here for over 13 years and it's been great. Our apartment is spacious and comfortable and the rent is amazing! The complex is pretty quiet and well maintained. The staff is awesome and so responsive to our needs. The only negative is the flooring. It would be nice to get hard wood floors. I hate vacuuming ! lolz

I've been living here for 4 months now and it's been a wonderful place to live. I'm fortunate that it's literally 2 minutes from work, not to mention how close you are to places (Walmart is maybe 5 minutes away, plenty of food options in the immediate area. If you have kids the fun station is very close as is Chuck E Cheese). Despite being only one road away from Monroe street, it's QUIET here. The most noise you might hear is the elementary school at the corner, but that's only when they have recess and that's expected. I haven't really ever heard my neighbors so the walls seem to be better than what you hear for average apartments with paper thin walls. Tonia is also an astounding manager. She emails updates for the complex out and was super helpful and worked well with me as I worked to my apartment. Wilmer, the maintenance man, is quick in getting work done when you put an order in. Also they treat inside and outside the apartments for insects and bugs (they alternate which one they do per month) as well as 90 day inspections to make sure the apartments are clean to avoid bugs! My only wish is they were pets allowed, but that's just a personal thing and has to do more with the overall company that owns the complex. Well worth it and I can see me staying here easily for 2-5 years.

My husband, toddler, and I have only lived here for 3 days, and love it! It’s our favorite apartment we’ve ever lived in! It is so quiet and well maintained! Everyone has been so friendly. There is nothing bad to say about this place.

Living here for the past 3 years was an excellent choice. The property is clean, well-maintained, and quiet. Management and Maintenance responded to any needs promptly - almost always within 24 hours. The rent increases by a small amount each year (as is common at many apartment complexes) but that seems to be mandated by the larger management company, not specifically this complex or its staff. Fulton Hill is a fantastic place to live for young professionals, working adults, and graduate students who don't mind the commute and want a peaceful living experience away from the university.

I lived at Fulton Hill Apartments for 2 years and had a wonderful experience. It's a nice, quiet, well-maintained complex with plenty of parking. Laundry is available in the complex and some units have w/d hookups. Apartments have carpet and lovely balconies. The pool is great. Maintenance is quick to respond to requests and I had no issues with management throughout my time there. The cabinets are a little dated, but the units are clean and well cared for. I highly recommend!
